The 2022 CTE Memorial Scholarship Recipient: James Kinsey
The Butte Education Foundation has established a new scholarship program for Butte High School graduates interested in CTE and working in the trades. The scholarship, worth $2500/year for two years, is aimed at supporting students looking to complete a two-year program or certification. The BEF is proud to announce the recipient of the 2022 CTE Scholarship is Butte High Senior James Kinsey. James is the son of Jeremy & Bobbie Jo Kinsey and is an active member of the community and Butte High School. James is involved in 4H, Butte Blizzard Lacrosse Team, and SkillsUSA, where he recently qualified for the Nationals Competition. He also finds time to work on the family ranch and at other part time jobs in the area.
